Shipping policy
Processing Time All Coco's Creations kits are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment before it ships. Personalized "Made Just For You!" name kits may require additional processing time.
Shipping Timeframes Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume seasons are outside our control.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Local Pickup Local pickup is available at no charge. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Please do not come to pick up your order until you receive that notification.
Alaska & Hawaii We ship to Alaska and Hawaii! Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may differ from the contiguous US. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Coco's Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
