Flawed but Fabulous Collection Items — All Sales Final
Items purchased from our Flawed but Fabulous collection are sold as-is at a discounted price and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Regular Orders
We want you to love your Coco's Creations kit! Because our products are handmade and paint-based, we are unable to accept returns on opened kits.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and packaging
We will make it right with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
We do not cover return shipping costs unless the error was ours (wrong item sent, item arrived damaged).
Personalized/Custom Items
All personalized "Made Just For You!" name kits are made to order and are non-refundable. Because each kit is custom-made using the exact spelling provided by the buyer at checkout, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for names that were entered incorrectly. Please double-check your spelling before placing your order. Refunds or replacements are only available if the item arrives damaged or if we made an error based on the spelling you provided.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Coco's Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly.
